Embrace the stillness of Winter

A women’s circle is a sacred space created for women to come together, slow down and reconnect with themselves and one another.

A space away from the demands of everyday life. A place to feel heard, share if you wish, connect with other women without expectation or judgement.

This Winter Solstice gathering is an opportunity to honour the year that’s passed, embrace the stillness of winter, and welcome the returning light. A time for reflection, setting intentions, turning inward.

We’ll explore this theme through guided meditation, breath awareness and journalling. There will be space for personal reflection or sharing.

An opportunity to soften, listen within and return home to yourself.

We’ll close with refreshments and a little something to nourish you.
