This is a space for those living full, fast-paced lives - an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rest in what’s true…

A place to be met exactly as you are, and to explore what it means to feel grounded, steady, and supported from within.

Through nourishing, grounding practices, we’ll explore what it means to come home to yourself — to rest in your truth and your heart.

Each week, we’ll gather online to experience ~

The Journey…

Each week explores a different facet of inner nourishment - through the body, the breath, your inner truth, and the shared space of the group.

  • Yoga Practice ~ asana, pranayama, and meditation to cultivate harmony between mind and heart. A slow, steady practice to support stability, soften the body, and gently anchor your awareness. We’ll close with a nourishing meditation to restore balance and reconnect with your inner being. 

  • Pranayama and meditation with gentle self-inquiry prompts.

    An invitation to meet what arises with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

  • Restorative Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

    A deeply nurturing practice to embody love, forgiveness, and calm -allowing space for deep rest and healing.

  • Compassion-based meditation, gentle reflection, and space for sharing.

    An opportunity to integrate and honour the journey so far.

  • A closing circle.

    A space to be witnessed, to share, and to rest in presence -gently completing what has been opened.
