Workshop Style Yoga Class ~ Exploring the Doshas ✨

  • St Paul’s Church Egerton Road Manchester, England, M30 9LR United Kingdom (map)

Feel calm, nourished and joyful.

I’m so excited to share this special Vata yoga workshop with you, where we’ll gently explore the Vata Dosha ~ the airy, creative energy in Ayurveda that shapes our body, mind, and emotions 💛

These workshops are for anyone curious about how yoga can help balance the Doshas ~ you don’t need any prior knowledge, just an open heart and willingness to explore 🌸

A Dosha simply means “that which has a tendency to go out of balance.” We all have all three Doshas within us, but at different times one can feel a little louder than the others. Through yoga, breath, and awareness, we can help bring these energies back into balance 🌬️

Each workshop will be a guided full yoga practice ~ including Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation ~ designed to give you a felt experience of each Dosha.

🌬 Vata ~

Vata is made of Air + Ether. It’s the energy of movement, creativity, joy, and expression. When out of balance, we may feel restless, scattered, or ungrounded.

This workshop will be a grounding, steady full practice of Asana, Pranayama & Meditation to soothe Vata’s airy qualities and leave you feeling calm, nourished, and joyful 💫

I’ve teamed up with Carla & Eve Common Ground (mobile coffee pod) located just a short walk from the church ~ Dukes Drive car park, where you can grab a hot drink for free after class ☕️ 🍵 🌿 ✨

Fee £25.00
