Workshop Style Yoga Class ~ Exploring the Doshas ✨

  • St Paul’s Church Egerton Road Manchester, England, M30 9LR United Kingdom (map)

Cooling the fire, inviting calm 😌

I’m so excited to share this special Pitta yoga workshop with you, where we’ll gently explore the Pitta Dosha ~ the fiery, transformative energy in Ayurveda that shapes our body, mind, and emotions 💛

These workshops are for anyone curious about how yoga can help balance the Doshas ~ you don’t need any prior knowledge, just an open heart and willingness to explore 🌸

A Dosha simply means “that which has a tendency to go out of balance.” We all have all three Doshas within us, but at different times one can feel a little louder than the others. Through yoga, breath, and awareness, we can help bring these energies back into balance 🌬️

Each workshop will be a guided full yoga practice ~ including Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation ~ designed to give you a felt experience of each Dosha.

🔥 Pitta ~

Pitta is made of Fire + Water. It’s the energy of transformation 🔥 helping us digest food, thoughts, and experiences. When imbalanced, it can show up as heat, intensity, or impatience.

This workshop will be a cooling, spacious full practice of Asana, Pranayama & Meditation with flowing movement, a cooling breathing technique and meditation to soften the fire and invite balance 😌

I’ve teamed up with Carla & Eve Common Ground (mobile coffee pod) located just a short walk from the church ~ Dukes Drive car park, where you can grab a hot drink for free after class ☕️ 🍵 🌿 ✨

Fee £25.00

✨ Book all three and save 10% (under Products & Packages).
