Workshop Style Yoga Class ~ Exploring the Doshas ✨

  • St Paul’s Church Egerton Road Manchester, England, M30 9LR United Kingdom (map)

Get the body moving, the energy flowing ✨

I’m so excited to share this special Kapha yoga workshop with you, where we’ll gently explore the Kapha Dosha ~ the earthy, stabilising energy in Ayurveda that shapes our body, mind, and emotions 💛

These workshops are for anyone curious about how yoga can help balance the Doshas ~ you don’t need any prior knowledge, just an open heart and willingness to explore 🌸

A Dosha simply means “that which has a tendency to go out of balance.” We all have all three Doshas within us, but at different times one can feel a little louder than the others. Through yoga, breath, and awareness, we can help bring these energies back into balance 🌬️

Each workshop will be a guided full yoga practice ~ including Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation ~ designed to give you a felt experience of each Dosha.

🌱 Kapha ~

Kapha is made of Earth + Water. It’s the energy of structure, stability, and love ❤️ giving us strong bodies and the ability to nurture. Out of balance, it can feel heavy, sluggish, or stagnant.

This workshop will be an uplifting, activating full practice of Asana, Pranayama & Meditation designed to get the body moving, circulation flowing, and energy alive again ❤️‍🔥

I’ve teamed up with Carla & Eve Common Ground (mobile coffee pod) located just a short walk from the church ~ Dukes Drive car park, where you can grab a hot drink for free after class ☕️ 🍵 🌿 ✨

Fee £25.00

✨ Book all three and save 10% (under Products & Packages).
